HALLOWEEN SHOWDOWN
WHO: 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U
WHEN: OCTOBER 24 & 25 / OCTOBER 31 & NOVEMBER 1, 2009
WHERE: BERLINER PARK (www.berlinerpark.com)
325 GREENLAWN AVE. COLUMBUS, OH
COST: $750 FOR BOTH WEEKENDS OR $400 FOR 1 WEEKEND
ASA SANCTIONED (sanctioning available on site)
FORMAT: All teams get 10 games guaranteed (if you play both weekends) or
5 games guaranteed each weekend
PAYMENT: First come, first served. Max ? 100 teams. $100 (non-refundable)
deposit holds spot. Complete payment due on or before October
10. NO EXCEPTIONS!
TIME: All teams must be able to play at 8:00 AM Saturday. All games
will be done at 6:15 PM Sunday. Game lengths are 90 minutes.

Got an email from Bill today that there would not be enough teams. Only 2 at 14u and 2 at 16u and the 16u didn't want to combine the age groups. Gotta give it to hime though, he really tried and kept in good contact.
