Props out to Jim Hall. I know it wasn't the season we wanted but I just wanted to say on a personal note that there are some of us out there that really believe you are doing a great job with the program. You've got an abundance of talent filled feeder programs with some fantastic players coming through the ranks! Last but certainly not least Sam and I genuinely appreciate everything you have done for her play and leadership development as well as the support and recommendations to the college coaches we saw. Keep up the great work and stay tough coach!

Nice post, Jim is a great guy and coach. I think he does a great job, its also very cool that you posted a thank you to your high school coach, perhaps the most under appreciated job that I know of, High school girls varsity coach.

I have had the chance to talk with Jim a couple of times at different tournements and games. He has a genuine love of the game and I think he has that program headed in the right direction. There are times when I hear him out there on the field "daring" his kids to "be great" that I wish he were heading up our program.

Thunder Dad...tell slammin' Sammie good luck in the future. She is, hands down, the best catcher in the area in my book.

wow, I'm humbled. I have many faults, but I sincerely appreciate the positive comments.
I want so much for OUR program and my kids, and disappointed I wasn't able to bring out some things I'd hope for. Record a side, we have some wonderful players, parents and people around NWO, I'm truly humbled, thank you.

Jim, Keep up the good work, We ALL have faults...lol... It is very hard to please everyone and even harder to please them and win at same time..IMHO you are right on by putting the Players and the Program first there are to many out there that worry about stats and records before the kids and that in my opinion is a BIG issue...

Yes I am. I will be there just as a fan next year since DD is done So I may need some extra free things...lol

Thanks guys. Sammy is attending University of Toledo and has decided to pass on college softball to concentrate on studies and also to help coach softball. Looking forward to Irish travel I'm gonna miss the all the games after this season's over!

Hummm I remember singing that tune. The one that goes I'll be done when my daughters done. That was two years ago and for some reason I am like the Energizer bunny. . .
