We will try and keep the rain away, if not rest assured we are ready to combat the water with some diamond dry and plenty of help. We will do every thing in our power to get it in this weekend.

Thanks for doing everything you and your crew could do to get this tournament in Mitch. Once again, very well ran, nice field conditions and great teams to play. Stinks that we had to end by pool play results but I am sure most coaches knew that was what was going to happen anyways. Nice job by Ohio Stingrays to take the 1 seed and get the championship win only allowing 4 runs. It would have been nice to play but we will settle for second allowing 5 runs to score. I wish your player with the broken elbow the best of luck as we will keep her in our prayers on a full and quick recovery. Best of luck to you this year. Goodluck to all the teams this season.

Would like to take this oppurtunity to thank everyone for coming to and playing West Liberty this weekend. Would also like to thank everyone for being very understanding with the weather and field conditions. After a delay this morning we did get started around 12:30 and managed to get 1 game in each bracket until it cut lose again causing us to cancel the rest of the tournament. I'm sorry to all teams for waiting around only to be sent home. I hope that teams will still consider playing in West Liberty again.
Would like to congradulate the Cincy Shock 10u and Ohio Stingrays 11u for winning the 10u and 12u age groups. Also the Heart of Ohio Wrath 10u and Ohio Danger 12u for being runner ups in the 10u and 12u age groups.

Congratulations to the Stingrays for taking the 12u division this weekend. What a fun and talented group of girls!! I would like to thank Mitch and the Force for their hard work on the fields and running a great tournament.

Paul - Thanks for the congrats...although nobody ever wants to win like that - We were looking forward to digging in against that stud you have in the circle. Great job only giving up 5 runs - I can't tell you how close we were to tyeing @ 5 - We threw a few out on the bases that could have made things interesting. Thank you for your thoughts on our catcher - I can't tell you how tough it is to lose a player and kid of that caliber for the season....especially this early - Just a freak thing - We will keep her spirits up and look forward to her return...hopefully by nationals - Get well Bailee.

Mitch - Thank you to you and your crew for putting in the time that you did...knowing that the rain was on the way - We really enjoyed the venue and the competition - I guess you roll the dice with early tournaments in Ohio. Hope to see you next year!
