Hopefully we can get an awnswer soon!! Due to rain the website and when you call the rain line says game are playing tonight at 5pm with 50 minute game times.... message at 115pm..
But also under the rain line it says no games tonight??? Does anyone know if that is for tonight or was that just not taken down.. the website says both games are on and canceled!!

I have seen the 'all games are cancelled tonight' on the web site for a couple days. I believe it has not been taken down. From my understanding the schedule starts at 5:00 with 50 min games.

does not look good for whole weekend... tonight was probably the best weather we were gonna see.... Looking into my crystal ball.. ahh I see a posting on website " City of Whitehall deems Tournament unplayable"

Once the schedule gets out you will see alot of ball played in a little time. Those guys will do everything they can to get us playing the most ball we can. Ist just going to be a grueling weekend for the kids. Plenty of water, and good heathy food, the humidity and pase will be fun to keep up with for us old farts.

per diamond map says 8 fields the feilds i was told to go to is 4 fields down a steep hill....is there 2 diff locations.... off of hamilton rd.... we play 16u

I know the 18's are at whitehall community park off of Hamilton rd. About 50 steps down in a hole. Fields are nice just a pain getting equipment in and out of ball fields.

16U plays at Community Park also. Don't plan on taking a tent down there, at least to the fields! Even if you got it down the steps, if I recall correctly, you'd have to pitch it waaaay out since the fields are pretty much back to back. Last time we played there was 2 years ago and we had to take DD to ER because of her leg. She carried herself up the steps and we carried everything else!
Does anyone recall if there were bathrooms at the bottom of the hill or just the one at the top? I'd even take a port a pot if I didn't have to go up the steps!!
It is still a great tourny. Just hope we can get in the games. This is our first of the summer so I'd hate to see it rained out.

lol yes there are port a johns at bottom of hill. you know there is a road that goes down there if you can unlock the gate. on the left side as you are look at entrance. My wife is on crutches and they let us drive down.

I kinda figured there was a gate somewhere, but we just hiked up the steps with the inured DD! She made it!
Do they let you drive down to set up a shelter tent? Everyone and their brothers would be driving down the hill!!

We will try to play all of the games that are scheduled. As you read over this you will see that we won?t get caught up until 5:00 round of games. All games Saturday will be 50 minutes finish the inning. If we get more rain tonite and into tomorrow we have a plan in place to play a shortened schedule lets hope the we will catch a break. Mother Nature seems to be a softball fan as much as she attends our events during the course of the summer. Please try be understanding we are trying.

That is very confusing to follow. We're 16U suppose to play 8AM tomorrow. Can't tell if that's still the case.
