Congrats to all the Cincy Static teams this weekend in Smokey Baker as you carried the organizational banner extremely well. We had teams compete in the 10 / 12 / 14U age divisions & capture the gold championship in each. To boot, we had an organzational first as the Static 97 played the Static 98 in the 12U Gold championship game after our '98 team defeated the Hawks Gold 97 in the semi final. It was great to see all of our parents support every team. Congrats to:

- Static 98 girls - 2nd place 12U Gold
- Static 95 Purple - 1st place 14U Gold
- Static 99 - 1st place 10U Gold
- Static 97 - 1st place 12U Gold

Nice job to my Static 97 girls on a well played tourney - outscoring our opponents (Ohio Danger, Indiana Diamonds, Bandits 97, Lady Mustangs, Static 98) 54-6. Hopefully we can take the momentum of winning our last two tourneys (Heatn It Up/Smokey Baker) to Panama next weekend to play in the World Series.

Great job to all static teams.I saw a 10 u girl with her trophy and she was beaming.I am sure that she will remember this 4th of july for a long time.
Great job 14 u purple for not loosing a single game this weekend.

Thank you for the nice compliment. As I have always said, your park has the best fields in the area. We all really appreciated the fact that you had the fields re-lined after every game this weekend. We also enjoyed the longer than normal time limits for each game & the fact that most fields were always on time. Finally, thanks for having Mother Nature dial up the hot weather to get us ready for Panama next weekend

We will see you next year.

I will pass that on to Bob. He was telling me this morning what a great organization, managers, coaches, and parents, that Cincy Static has and how the attitude seems to be passed on to the kids which I am sure results in a winning organization if not a fun one at least.

Thanks for playing and I agree thank you Mother Nature!

Glad that our grounds crew who stayed there Friday night from 11pm to 6am in the morning cleaning and getting the fences up (and the anchors were already in the ground) didn't have to work on rain soaked fields also. They were clocking out when we got there in the morning.

Your all a class act, and I think our girls learned that they do have what it takes to play against the better teams. They learned alot this weekend about themselves. Hi Mark!! It was great to meet you as well & hopefully we get a chanvce to talk more in the future. Let me know how my mixture works ion the uniform. I am taking plenty of Dawn in case we meet the oil Good luck w/ the rest of the season!!!!

having played in the first game vs our own organization was an true learning experience. Nothing like guanteeing a 1st place victory to a Static team going in. We played extremely well till met up to the 97's in the final game. Great job to Kavin's team and coaching staff and their season is going extremely well. Proud to be associated with their dominant performances. Good luck in Panama and keep your winning ways alive.

We scored 44 runs and gave up 6 before meeting the lights out performance that they put on us. Lose, grow, learn, and get better... even against our own and we are happy it ended this way.

It was a real experience. It could have happened the week prior at Heat'n It Up in the Championship. It was great to see how the girls stepped up in the semis against a very talented Hawks 97 Gold team. This growth first hand.

Les & his coaching staff have done a tremendous job w/ this group of talented girls. It has been a real joy to watch them grow every day & Les even gave me a chance to coach 3rd base for one game in Heat'n It Up - needless to say the girls saved my butt in a few base running situations

This will be one of the 12U's to be watching next year as the sky is the limit for them!!

want to point out that our shoe sponsor (RINGOR) had us give draw string back packs to the first team we played in pool play on Saturday. It felt really good to give those bags to the girls. FP softball brings some really good people together and token of thanks from the sponsors is always a dash of unexpected kindness. I want to thank RINGOR and the NKY Bandits 98 team for being apart of that experience. Hope they like the bags and we hope we can do this with other teams in the future. I know Kavin did this on several other occasions. Kavin, how did that go for you??

The Ringor sponsorship has been a tremendous partnership for our organization as Les has pointed out. It was a great gesture from Ringor to show their appreciation of our relationship by sending these very nice backpack throw bags w/ coupons inside for their products to give away to teams that we play against locally.

I had the opportunity to give these away at Heat'n It Up to several teams. This seemed to go over very well w/ almost every team but however some players (parents I believe) from one of the teams thought this was a slap in the face I guess. I actually had a parent stop my car on the way out from the conclusion of Heat'n It Up, rolled down my passenger window to talk (I thought) but instead the bag flew back in my vehicle. Then this weekend, I had another player from the same team come up to me at a resturant we were eating at after the conclusion of the Smokey tournament, & said "Here's your bag back, I'll take it once you beat us!!

Not sure what this is about but the bags were a token of kindness from our organization. I even asked quite a few coaches BEFORE the game started if they mind if we gave their player's these bags & all of them thought it was great. These bags had nothing to do w/ winning or losing - just a sign of kindness. I hope the teams we play in Panama next week don't take it this way or the teams in Bloomington for the USA/ASA Nationals or I will never get to enjoy a dinner after a game

Very nice job to Static 97. Congratulations on your win. Congrats to Static 98 as well, you guys are going to be a force to reckon with next year. Also would like to give a shout out to Buckeye Blast as they knocked us out of the tournament 1 to 0. Very well played game and congrats on your win as well. Nice job by all.
