The Following are the dates for the events at Athletes In Action at Sports Center in Xenia, Ohio.

Dorm rooms are available for players, parents and coaches for ALL events. There are three beds to a room.
Cost is $26.50 tax included per person
There are coach's Suites with bathrooms available for coaches only. Same price.

October 2nd - 14u event - one day only - 5 teams - $400.00

October 3rd - 12u event - one day event - 5 teams - $400.00


In the one day events the 1st Place prize will be: Hoodies for the girls AND the coaches.




Round Robin events are set up like this:

All tournaments must be full 30 days prior to the date of the tournament. The $600.00 per day rental fee for two state of the art fields requires me to do so.

Those are some very nice fields in Xenia. Never played on them but checkd them out when my son has played on the main baseball field. All turf fields with nice inground dugouts.

Yes, it is a wonderful place to play for the girls. Also, more teams should think about the locations to play based on weather and whether or not the fields can take rain.. getting more bang for their buck.. motel costs for instance.

These fields offer that opportunity to play when nobody is playing because of rain.

I have until August 29th to fill this event or cancel.

Great opportunity for teams to play in adverse weather as the fields are tarped and artifical outfields. Can go to the link posted in Post #1 of this thread. Local High Schools use this facility when their diamonds are wet from Spring rains.

This is a non-sanctioned event so teams don't get into roster problems early in the 2011 season

Looking for four more teams in the 14u division for that Sunday.

Deadline is coming soon as I have to have the contracts signed and in Xenia no later than Sept 3rd for the use of their facility.

Professional fields.. 4 games and hoodies to the winner's girls AND coaches.

Tournament cancelled . Teams don't know what they are missing by not playing at this facility. Cost a lot for a TD to run an event there.. but worth it based on the uncertainy of Spring and Fall wet weather.
