Jeff, what a great idea about the sunday rainouts. Does anyone else do this in the area? I hope some teams take advantage of this to see their new players in action as much as possible. Good Luck!

Looks like a lot of interest in the 12-u group. Hope teams get in before it's to late. Some other fall ball leagues only have 1 or 2 teams in it. I love the tournament at the end. All the leagues will follow this next year. The fields are great as well, last year a few games were rained out at another fall ball league, say they have tarps but they were never used.

thundermom:

Yes the tarps where not used last year that is why the league changed management back to when we had forty teams. We had 40 teams in 2009. Refunds were sent to teams along with an apology letter for how the league was run. Tarps will be USED so teams will only need to dedicate one day out of the weekend. We also have set aside two additional Sunday's for raindates. The reason we do not offer a end of season tournament is because the longer you get into October the more rain you get. This comes from 10 years of experience, plus we play for fun and trying out new potential girls.

Good luck to your league, and we will welcome back any team that wants to come back in 2011, or even this 2010 season.
