Championship
Valley extreme 2 Silver creek prospects 4 (same score as winners bracket final, loaded bases with 2 outs in the bottom of the last inning but they were able to get the last out). They are a very good team, well coached, and great pitching and catching.

Hello Everyone,

Cap City Force 10u Coach here. I have yet to vote or post on here. Just saw that we have received a couple votes last week. First I would like to say its a honor to be mentioned with this list of great teams. My team is a mixed team with a majority of 9u players. We will be transitioning to a 2011 birth year team next year. With that being said I have challenged my girls with a tough schedule, we have played some of these teams in the top 10 and we have also played some tough out of state teams. Last weekend we played in the Mid Ohio Buckeye Cup in Marion. We finished 5-0 and won our first tournament. Thanks again for the recognition!

Ohio Ice Gray

I forgot to get on and post last week, but Memorial Day weekend Ohio Ice Gray won the Ashland Spring Classic. This past weekend we played at the Valley Extreme Summer Starter. We opened up the weekend playing really well starting out 4-0 with wins over Valley Extreme 6-4, PA Lady Knights 5-1, Pittsburgh Power 11-2 and Valley Extreme Fife 13-5. Our final two games we had a couple bad innings that cost us against two good teams. Against Valley Extreme we gave up 5 unearned runs and lost 9-6 on a walk off grand slam with 2 outs. We then had to play the PA Lady Knights and gave up 6 unearned runs in the second inning and lost 6-3. In the six games we played (4-2) we out hit our opponents 37-15, but a couple bad defensive innings cost us. We were able to get five different pitchers and three different catchers work this weekend. Thanks to Valley Extreme for putting on a great tournament with high quality competition.

Outlaws Premier were off this last weekend in prep for the biggest 10u tournament in the country this weekend in Nashville, TN - a 4 day event... 72 teams from 28 different states.
