We are going to try again next weekend...

We are looking for 6 teams - that want to play 3 games at 1:20 each, no new inning. That keeps us on a 90 min game schedule. Games will start at 11am and finish around 5pm. Cost is $125 to cover fields and umpires.

We will follow the same format we did last week and last fall http://www.game-ex.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=20844 - all teams then had a great time and it was a great afternoon of softball. We will run some concessions - teams will get a 1 hour break between games to eat and rest.

Jump in and let's us know if your team is in...

Directions to Smith Park:
500 Tytus Avenue
Middletown, OH 45042

Smith park is a great place to play and room to warm up. Jump in and get some good field time and see your team in live action. Nice opportunity to allow the girls to play positions that want to compete for before you start playing tournaments.

Love to see the teams signed up from this past weekend sign up to play. Hopefully the weather will be much better.

Maybe even some slated for the 5/14-16 Lancaster Tourney (Thunder, Classics, Lasers, Starz, .........) seeing how Hawks Gold will miss that one.

Need some 10U teams to come and play, and more importantly, have some fun getting on the dirt. Work out the early season kinks and meet each other. Should be a fun time.

Strohbro, looks like we may need to start counting on a Double Header / Picnic with Black. That would be fun...^_^!

Weather looks iffy ... you guys should get together with the 99 Black team ... I would suggest doing what we do with Hawks 97 - script out the pitching, throw each gile 2 or 3 innings, move kids around and try things that you normally would not try.. it works for our two 12u teams...
