12th Annual Valley Extreme Fall Ball Program - Age divisions for 2013 play
-Fall Ball will be played on Sundays, 9/9, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, 10/21 (6 weeks/12 games)
-Cost is $325, please make checks payable to "Valley Extreme" and mail to address below
-$100 deposit will reserve your spot, full payment must be made by 9/9/12 before your team takes the field
-Entertaining all age divisions 10U through 18U
-Maximum of 28 teams
-Doubleheaders will start at 9:00 a.m., 12:10 p.m., 3:20 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. (under the lights on Fields #1 and #2)
-All games will be played at Candlelite Knolls!
-Full Concession stand
-Game Time limit will be 80 minutes (drop dead)!
-Each team will be required to bring one new softball at the start of the doubleheader (will be returned by umpires at the conclusion of play)
-NO international tie breakers if game it tied after 80 minutes!
-10 Run mercy rule after 5 innings
-Free defensive substitution
-Allowed to bat your entire line up
-No mandatory matching of team uniforms required!
-Whichever team was HOME TEAM the first game will be visitor's the 2nd and visa versa
-There will be a 15 min. intermission between doubleheaders to vacate the dugouts.
-All teams must be prepared and ready to take the field 30 min. prior to the start of the next set of doubleheaders
-Games will start and end at the designated times, no exceptions!
-Game will be played under ASA Rules!
-To keep cost to a minimum, there will only be one ASA umpire per game. Please be considerate to their judgement calls, if problems exist please contact a Valley Extreme manager.
-For rain out information you will be contacted by a Valley Extreme manager. All rainouts will be made up on the following Saturday.
-Refund policy for rainouts, no refund for one rainout, and then a $25/team per week for 2nd, 3rd, etc.
-Constructive feedback is always welcomed. We are always looking to make things better!
