Seeking the best four (4) 12u teams for 4gg mini-tournament at YSU WATTS center on February 5, 2017 from 9 am - 4 pm. There's still time to watch the "Big Game" that evening.

Refreshments, candy, and pepperoni rolls will be available in the facility.

Tournament/Play Info

• 12u Only - Top 4 teams will be chosen based on application
• Four (4) GG, weather not an issue. Get quality winter reps.
• Facility open to us at 9 am. All teams warm up.
• Play begins at 10 am.
• 75min finish the inning and 80 min drop dead to maximize playing time
• Game times are 10:00-11:20, 11:30-12:50, 1:00-2:20, 2:30-4:00
• Each team plays the other three teams
• Seed 1 plays seed 2 for fourth game (1st and 2nd)
• Seed 3 plays seed 4 for fourth game (3rd and 4th)
• The final game will be about 85 min finish the inning and 90 min drop dead (finish alarm at 3:55 pm and drop dead alarm at 4 pm)
• PP can use two EPs and free defensive substitutions
• Team check-in at 9 am
• All teams must have insurance and concussion
• NO High School Students are permitted to participate (should not be an issue but there are geniuses running around)
• Latest ASA rules apply
• One ump per game

Registration:

• All interested teams must EMAIL ME and I will send application form to be mailed in with payment.
• Teams must mail check with application.
• Application deadline: Form and check must be received by January 9, 2017
• Decision will be announced on January 11, 2017
• Checks for unsuccessful applicants will be ripped and an image of the destroyed check will be emailed to applicant.
