COST: As a reminder, the cost of the event is $125. Please make out the checks to LBSA and bring with you upon arrival.
GAME BALLS: I will be providing games balls, 1 new and 1 gently used for each game.
INSURANCE: Please bring a copy of your team insurance with you.
SCHEDULE: following is the schedule...
11:00AM-12:45PM - OFC Heat VS Hawks Hoff - Field 1
11:00AM-12:45PM - Stingrays 97 VS Doom 97 - Field 2
1:00PM - 2:45PM - OFC Heat VS Stingrays 97 - Field 1
1:00PM - 2:45PM - Hawks Hoff VS Doom 97 - Field 2
3:00PM - 4:45PM - Stingrays 97 VS Hawks Hoff - Field 1
3:00PM - 4:45PM - OFC Heat VS Doom 97 - Field 2
UMPIRES: We will have one ASA Sanctioned Umpire for both field for all six games and will remain on the respected fields. The umpires will be Fred Alexander and Dennis Brown.
PITCHING DISTANCE: The pitching distance will be from 43 feet.
FRIENDLY REMINDER: It's a friendly. Unlimited substitution. Unlimited Timeouts. (Please keep a check on this ? we still would like to get the most out of the time) Bat whole lineup. Courtesy runners as needed (Last Out). ASA Sanctioning Rules outside of these will be exercised.
PARK ADDRESS: Colonial Park East 446 Monroe Rd Lebanon Oh 45036
PARKING: No cost and very sufficient space for the event to take place.
WARM UP: There is plenty of area to warm up prior to your first game. There are 4 diamonds on site as well as batting cages that can be used by all teams.
GAME TIMES: As a reminder, the games are 1:45 minutes long drop dead or 7 innings. This way the girls are given 15 minutes between games to get food and drink. We are going to also try to keep the games starting and ending on schedule.
CONCESSIONS: There will be a concession stand at the park offering a full slate of items.

I agree... what a great day for some softball. How about a friendly with fields that were drug and lined before each game.... Great job Jim!!!! If you do another please include the Hawks 97... Heck it was better than some tournaments I have been to... :lmao:

I agree with everyone here. Thanks a million Jim. These were great and will definitely look forward to playing them in the future. Thanks also to the Hawks, Doom, and Stingrays. It was a great learning experience for us going into 14U and showed us the things (and there are a lot
