14u vs 16u

I would surely tryout for the top teams... if she made it great. But if she only makes a 16u team that isn't going to get top level exposure and competition then play on the best 14u team that plays up at 16 from time to time. I always suggest you play at the age group were you can be your best. most juiors that are 16u elegible should play 16u. this gives them the most opportunites to get scouted and be playing at the top of their game when they are being scouted. If a 14u playing 16 is gonna sit a lot - then she shoudl be playing 14u where she can bang.
