The 15/16U Lady Lookouts Black is looking for a few key players to round out next year's season. Coach Marissa Calise will return this season and offers a wealth of knowledge as a young former player with an impressive softball resume. The coaches plan on providing a strict but also fun environment in which the girls can prosper both with the physical game as well as the mental game. The Lady Lookouts organization offers the following:
* 10,000 square foot turfed indoor facility for winter use (former Pronios building in Ellet);*
* Kettlebell training;
* Speed & Agility training;
* (3) sessions with Michaela Minner (hitting instruction);
* 7-9 tournaments;
* Fall Ball friendlys; and
* Fall Ball tournament (qualifier).
Lady Lookouts 14U is moving up this year with a core group of 6 returning players. We are currently seeking catchers, pitchers, middle infielders and outfielders although all positions will be considered.
Tryouts will be held August 7th 2:00-4:00 p.m. at Jedd Park, Pickle Road, Akron.
