16U NEO Attack would like to add two players to our 10 player roster. We are looking to complete the team with a player that has the skills and speed to play Center Field. Critically we also would like to find a versatile multi position player with a desire and skills to get some time on the mound and join 2 other HS pitchers for a very competitive tournament season. We don't have a number one pitcher, we have two, and they will compete for the ball every weekend based on attitude and performance.
As younger 16s the team played to following schedule in 2012
June1, ASA Maple Leaf 18U pool
June 8, Sheer Madness Invitational 16U
June 15, Compuware Classic College Showcase
June 22, 16U State Tournament Findlay,OH.
June 29, Explosive Fireworks Frenzy Strongsville,OH
July 13, GAPSS 16U/18UPowell,Ohio.
July 22, Blast Kickoff to Nationals Youngstown, Ohio.
October 6-7, 2nd Annual Lady Lasers Fall Showcase 16U/18U.
The team record over the last 4 years is 126-71-8 including a challenging 2012 finishing 20-22-2.
We look forward to a big improvement in 2013 as older 16s and we will again play a competitive schedule and including qualifiers, showcases and Nationals.
2013 schedule already includes 2 Showcases, (Lasers Nation by Invitation Tournament and GAPSS) as well as 16U ASA States. Finalizing the scheduling of 3-4 others and Nationals. We are going to need two competitive, focused team players to make this a great season. Give us a look.
ATTACK Ladies compete with respect for the game and never quit and are all committed to being the best athletes and teammates they can be. As coaches it's all we can ask. All played winter ball with their Northern Ohio HS teams and we are practicing once a week until HS Ball starts. We expect the girls to roll into the summer well prepared and are looking forward to top notch tournaments, competition and a great summer in 2013.
