Due to a pitcher having decided to move up to 18u, we have a tremendous opportunity for a premier pitcher to play an awesome summer schedule on our 16u college showcase team! The SunDogs are coached by Duane Sunagel and Jim Piazza. (See info below.) Simply put, they are big-time winning coaches who have helped over 40 girls go on to play collegiate softball.

June 12-14 Compuware Classic (Canton, MI)
June 19-21 Pennsbury 35[SUP]th[/SUP] Annual Invitational (Yardley/Newtown, PA)
June 26-28 ASA A State, USA/ASA Qualifier (Findlay, OH)
July 3-5 Best of the Best (Massillon, OH)
July 10-12 Stingray's Showcase w/NFCA Camp (Columbus, OH)
July 16-19 Sparks 23[SUP]rd[/SUP] Annual Invitational (Elgin, IL)
July 20/26 ASA Nationals TBD

With interest or questions, please e-mail coaches directly (do not PM me please):

I heard this team was folding ????? we just had a girl from this team commit to the Doom and I heard that the catcher from Walsh is now with the Lasers Red and the team is down to 5 players.

Actually, the catcher from Walsh is my DD, and she is the one who committed to the Doom - not the Lasers. It is my understanding that the team is NOT folding. However, I don't know the dynamics of who else has left - if anyone - because we don't know the other people on the team very well and are not in communication with them. I do know that the coaches are working diligently to replace my DD and the pitcher who left. Duane and Jim are both great guys, as well as great coaches. They have put together a phenomenal summer schedule and I know that they're committed to fielding a quality team. I don't want to get into my DD's reasons for leaving the team, other than to say that it has nothing to do with the quality of coaching or the remaining players.
