18u Cincy DOOM Gold Coach going back down ---2018- This fall---Looking for A Level players

Hello

My name is Mike Libecap I am a Doom gold coach this year and I will be coaching a team again next fall.
I tried posting something similar to this last year and had great success with people contacting me and giving plenty of time to see the girls play and build a great 14 Gold "A" Level team.

ALL of my girls are seniors except 2 and will be playing college ball next year, which means I will be looking for several 14u 2003 "A" level players that plan to play in college. I was blessed with a great group of very smart girls that had awesome ACT scores and are all going to college where they chose. There is a school and a place for everyone.

To get one thing straight I AM NOT looking for girls this year and am not trying to "STEAL" players. I am wanting to recruit the best girls and have another year where all of my girls are working on the goal to go to the next level.

So the reason for this post is to ask any girl that has that ability/drive to contact me early in hopes I can see them play this summer. I will recruit high level 13u and14u, girls for this team.

This is a awesome organization and I would suggest to any player or parent to get on board!!

I do not have a girl on the team and have coached High Level travel ball for several years. Every girl that has played for me the last 3 years has went to the next level.

I can vouch for Mike. He's a class act, as well as a great coach and mentor. My DD is one of his current players, who will be heading off to play college ball next fall. She was recruited to play at the college that was # 1 on her list, in no small part to the Doom. Tim Gregory has put together a top level program, and he and Mike do their utmost to put the girls in the best position to shine today and succeed at the next level tomorrow.

Emma is a awesome young lady that is going to be fighting for a spot as a freshman.This post has already sparked some interest and I have had several already send me schedules and videos to evaluate. I have read on this forum a hundred times about " If your daughter is good she will be found by a college coach no matter who she plays for." I know there are those that believe that and that is fine. I just feel that if you want to be successful in life you surround yourself with successful-talented people to help and push you. This is what drew me to the Doom Organization. I have seen so many young ladies get their chance to live the dream of playing college ball and I believe you go with what is proven to work.

The old axiom, "To be the best you must play the best," holds true in softball as well as every other sport. That doesn't mean you have to go bankrupt traveling the country. There are plenty of great tournaments with excellent competition in Ohio and surrounding states. One of the things I like about the Doom 18U Gold is that we're playing a tough schedule that is at the same time a realistic one in regards to a middle class household. Little Suzy needs to get as much exposure as possible in order to get the best college deal that her skill set will allow; and after getting that college deal, she needs to continue playing good competition in order to be ready to play college ball. Having the mindset that you don't have to market your kid to college coaches and they'll just show up at the Bob's Waterbeds Invitational in Podunk County because she's just that awesome is naive at best. With the Doom Gold you'll get the best of both worlds - top notch exposure that is at the same time affordable.

I can also say that if not for the Doom organization my daughter would not have found the college she wanted. Heading to school in August, due in part to a clinic that Doom sent some girls to a couple yrs ago. My daughter plays for Mike now and he is an absolute stand up guy! Hes upfront, and honest, as well as knowledgable about the game. I would say Doom has been my daughters favorite yrs, and this is her 3rd yr with them. You will not be dissapointed, Mike and the staff work very hard to get your daughter the looks they need from college coaches. Great organization, and great coach! Thank you Mike

I really appreciate the kind words. Your daughter is awesome and going to go far. I love her drive and determination to always get better. I have enjoyed having her on the team and look forward to seeing her in her next adventure. We still have a few more tournaments to enjoy together
