18U Girls Fast Pitch Summer Softball League

Bill Croft will once again be arranging an 18U girl?s fast pitch summer league. ? ? This league is broken down into an ?A?, and a ?B? division. ? ? The ?A? division consists of mostly travel ball teams, while the ?B? division consists of JV, Varsity, and some travel ball teams. ? ? In the past 14U and 16U travel ball teams have entered in the both the ?A? and ?B? divisions.

The cost of this fast pitch softball league is $650, and includes 20 games, with a season ending tournament. ? ? ?There will be two NSA umpires per game, and new balls will be provided. ? ? ? The ?A? division starts on 6/2, and will play doubleheaders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. ? ? ?The ?B? division starts on 6/4, and will primarily play their doubleheader on Sunday afternoons. ? ?

The playing location will be either at Seborn Elementary in Mineral Ridge, or at the Koch Fields in Austintown.

Bill also trying to start an over 18 year old fast pitch league as well if there is enough interest.

You say that the A teams will play on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays - how will these be spread out? Will they play one day some weeks, but possibly 2 days on other weeks? Just looking to get a feel for the weekly commitment to this league. Thanks.

Typically, you would play two double hearders per week. You pick the days that work best for YOU! We played last year and there were some weeks where we only played one double header during a week. Bill is very flexible, and will work with your schedule.
