Both bats are great,paint job on the 08 is pretty cruddy..DD's bat deemed illegal during ASA State but she carries her 2004 and 2009 just in case 04 paint job is holding up great the 08 paint started bubbling up on the bat soon after purchase and paint flakes off . She knocked the end cap off last Sat......Oh well,bat was done for in ASA play anyway luckily we played USFA last Week.

waz the paint on her bat chipping all over or waz it at the end of the bat by the barrel? the paint on my bat is chipping a lot also and i waz wondering why because on like the 2009 rocket tech bat the paint is not chipping!!!!

DD loves the new RT. She has 4 homers on it already and it is barely broke in.
Her 08 started chipping by the taper on the handle but went dead before anything else. On the newer RTs if they start complaining about their hands hurting, the bat is shot. Thats what happened with us anyway.
