2009 graduates playing 18u travel ball

I believe I've glanced at something on this site before talking about a new rule prohibiting girls who are of college age (even though still 18) playing 18u travel ball. At a tournament this weekend I noticed many girls playing who I know graduated in 2009.

So could someone please tell me, does a 2009 graduate still qualify to play 18u ball?

YES...Only USA/ASA 18U Gold, and ASA 18U B and a few of the college showcases do not allow players that have college experience, but only ASA as far as I know.

I remember something about ASA Gold teams not being able to carry college players, but I don't recall a restriction about lowly non-Gold teams.
