Been trying to contact you for a month now but am not getting emails nor phone calls returned. Is the June 3-5 event still on?

We have to play in an NSA tournament that weekend due to roster issues. Long story. Otherwise I would have signed us up for Maple Leaf if it wasn't a qualifier.

There are already 2 large tournaments in the area that same weekend so I was shocked when they announced they were going to try to do one too ... and I believe their teams are playing in one of those other two ... if they're not contacting you, I would assume it's off and move on to another option as Warren suggests.

I have also been trying to get in touch with this guy to no avail. Hope to hear back soon, if it is canceled need time to get into another tournament.

They put someone else in charge of their tournaments, his name is Ryan Franks. I don't know about other divisions but we were the only signed up for 12u (Norm Pawlus told me they had 2 teams paid besides us back in March). They asked that we give them until the 18th of May then they will refund money.
