Dear coaching staff and players, March 28, 2011
On behalf of the Ohio XS Softball Organization I unfortunately have to announce that the Ohio XS 1st Annual Eastern National Qualifier which was to be held on May 13-15 2011 has been canceled this season due to an unforeseen circumstance out of any of our control. As the President of this organization, I sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this will cause you and your team this season with your tournament scheduling. My board members have been trying diligently to rearrange alternative measure and or alternative dates this past week, but due to the timing we are unable to reschedule this season. Considering the circumstances around this situation the board unanimously agreed that complete funds whether paid in full or partial payments should and will be returned to every team that has signed up for this event with our sincere apologize for this out come!
I hope that in the future this situation will not deter you or your organization from considering participation in any future events held by the Ohio XS Organization. I want to Thank all of you personally for agreeing to participate and following the guidelines of signups for this event in a timely manner and hope that our prompt action with this circumstance will still allow you some time to utilize your funds in a productive manner this season. Everyone within the XS organization wishes all of your teams and girls the best of luck this softball season and we are very regretful that we were unable to rearrange alternative situations for circumstances we have encountered.
