In 10u you have the #1, #2, #5 and # 11 team's in the Coaches poll represented.

Weak is a relative term. If you are all at the same level.....then it becomes a competitive tournament. It's definitely no Metro or states, but it may be competitive nevertheless.

I wouldn't say it's necessarily a trend just with NSA. There are quite a few "big name" orga hosting ASA tournaments that seem to have an overabundance of lower level teams.
