Ohio Storm Organization 2017/2018 Tryout Information
Mission Statement
The Storm organization prides itself on teaching the fundamentals of softball and creating a family environment. Each age group is run slightly different, but the main principals are shared amongst all coaches. Our goal is to provide a group of young women an opportunity to play high level softball against the strongest competition, meanwhile teaching core fundamentals and developing skills that will help them as they move up into older age groups and in life. The Storm program is a family based program that prides itself in not only teaching the core fundamentals of fastpitch, but also provides the core morals and values of a family environment. Coaches and player families are encouraged to interact throughout the season to build the warm welcoming environment.
2016/2017 Results
Ohio Storm prides itself in playing against the toughest competition and competing in the biggest and best tournaments to ultimately compete in Nationals. Ohio Storm teams have competed in showcase tournaments in 4 states and Pollard 9U (USSSA WSQ), Jones 10U (ASA/USA Nationals, USA Eastern, USSSA WSQ), 12U Rayburn (USA Eastern), Christopher 13U (USA Eastern, USSSA WSQ), and Fiorilli (ASA/USA Nationals, USA Eastern) have all earned and will participate in 2017 Nationals. Their hard work and dedication has paid off and they will represent their families and organization proud.

August 12, 2017 Mount Vernon High School JV Field (Across from Memorial Park) - 110 Mount Vernon Avenue, Mount Vernon Ohio 43050
*August 13th, Rain Out Date, same time and location
Tryouts for 2017/2018 Teams:
9U/10U: 9:00-11:00
11U/12U: 11:00-1:00
13U/14U: 1:30-3:30
18U: 3:30-5:30
Please be at park 30 minutes prior for registration and warm up. 16U Fiorilli will not be holding tryouts at organization tryout, contact Marc directly.
Additional tryouts will be coordinated directly with team coach. Please contact coach directly for private tryout.
