ASA Tournament ASA 18u States 6/19-6/20

I usually just read on here but I just wanted to say congrats to Elyria Sundogs, Ohio Bandits and Valley Extreme 18u's. What great ball teams. Fantastic hitting, pitching & fielding by all.

I also want to give big props to Valley Extreme's ss #2. In all my years of watching softball, she's one of the best I've seen. A ton of range, fast and a great arm. Made some phenomenal plays this weekend. Not seen her in 18u before, but what a great player.

I also heard this morning that the young lady I was talking about above(McAllister, sp??) just finished her sophomore year and was in 14u last season, so no wonder I've never seen her in 16/18u before.

Congrats to the Elyria Sundogs going undefeated in the 18U ASA State tournament. They look very strong again this year and will represent Ohio well at Nationals.
