Berliner Park Question

I've known friends who have had their cars broken in at Expressway, Rumpke, Mid America, Beavercreek, etc...if were going to just bash Berliner can we at least just admit that it happens everywhere??
Played on 27, 28 and 29 all weekend...chalk lines held up on all three fields all weekend...port-a-lets ****ed...but haven't found a park all year where I'm happy with the level of disgustiness with a porta john.
Had no issues with broken in cars or anything like that...Bat Wars was pretty cool. Picke up a Xeno for the DD...5 bucks to park wasn't my favorite, but I can lug my own cooler around unlike a lot of tournaments that charge you a gate fee and make you pay for their water and food...I'm not saying its the best park ever...but its killing me reading some of these comments that make the place sound like a gangsta's paradise. **** happens every day...and I've had my car broken in to in neighborhood a heck of a lot nicer than Berliner Park.

How ridiculous to compare those parks to Berliner. Sad that you would tarnish them like that.

I live next to one of them. Tell us more about these high crime areas.

I am not comparring them to Berliner...only stating that I've known people over the years who have their cars broken in to...I live 5 minutes from one and 7 minutes from another...if you missed my point, I can't help ya, musty.

Someone has to help me or am I beyond help? LOL. If not comparing them then what was the point of bringing them into a discussion about all the crime at Berliner and tarnishing their name? I really doubt you know someone who had a car broken into at each one of those parks. My apologizes if you do. I'm sure cars have been broken into in the hood of LA and in Beverly Hills but that's no reason to compare them in level of safety. Don't want anyone to get the impression that crime is a problem at those fine parks like it IS at Berliner. Some good people at those parks don't need that.

It's good the Berliner break-ins are being discussed here. While people should always keep their valuables out of site anywhere they should especially do so at Berliner.

If I had some Anthrax I'd fill a laptop case with it, leave it in my front seat of my unlocked car while parked at Berliner. Don't have any though. What else could I use? Dog cr@p maybe? Any ideas people? (big brother...I'm kidding). ha

hahaha...all I was saying is that these things happen and its not just limited to one park...I believe Lester had a bucket and oakly sunglasses stolen at Expressway...my car was the one vanalized at Rumpke and a buddy who I played with a few years in The Metro got his window busted out and his stero stolen at Eggleston Park (as it was known at the time)...that's all I'm sayin'.

I'd gladly play at Berliner again...mostly because its close to Schmidt's and Thurman Cafe.
