We had a Clinic with Bill a couple weeks ago . He is great with the girls and if you have never seen a true rise and or drop ball ,...you are in for a real treat .
It almost looks as if the ball is on a string and listens to verbal commands about 5 ft from the plate .

Not to mention,.. Bill is a great guy ,...truely interested in the future of our kids and fastpitch softball.

Bill is one of the best Fastpitch instructors in the country.
He has done clinics for his hometown girls, and is very thorough in his approach to pitching. He starts from the beginning, and will ask you to change and or forget whatever you have learned before. If you want to be the best, you have to learn from the best, I suggest his video if you want to learn more about Bill.He is also the local rep for Anderson bats, and Akadema equipment..

I think you mean EAST of Cincinnati, 100 miles west puts you in Indiana... ;D

My daughter has been going to Bill for about 5 months... it's unreal. By his own admission he isn't doing anything new and revolutionary, just cutting out the "junk" that has worked it's way into the way people teach pitching (many of whom cannot and have not actually pitched themselves). All I can say is when you watch him and see how and why he does certain things, you'll scratch your head at the others. Maybe I'm just a proud dad but, I can see a complete difference in my DD now.

The same thing that is his biggest asset as a coach is also the toughest thing about going to him for lessons: he is in such demand for his games. He literally is flown over to Europe for a weekend game series and goes ALL OVER the USA. But, from what I'm told his winters are 100% committed to coaching which we plan to take advantage of. Last I knew his season ended over Labor Day but, he said something last time I saw him (3 weeks ago) that he signed on to pitch for the King and His Court in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Also, I agree with Frost coach about the video. The info on there was/is impressive and the filmmakers did a hell of a job.

Still a few spots open for the clinic. I can't help out with gas money for those who are traveling but we are providing lunch for everyone in attendance. Please email pipetteman@hotmail.com or call JHS coach Tim Shook at 740-286-2738 for more details and to pre-register.
