PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This program is designed for infield players looking to make an impact on their teams. Meeting on Wednesday evenings, this 4 week program strictly focuses on defensive work. Specifically, Meghan will instruct in:
- Situational play
- Live baserunners
- High repetition
- Promotes infield versatility
- Basic knowledge and skill development of all infield positions
- Infield throwing
- Footwork
- Glovework
- Tags
- Base coverage
- Lead outs
- "Next Play"
