About the workshop, from Kirsten Cox:

• Big focuses on mobility, stretching, and receiving.
• We will go over blocking and transfer work.
• In-depth conversation about set-ups, stances, glove path, and perception.
• Videos will be shown as examples.
• Catchers will do prep work that they can do on their own and add to their own personal routine.
• This Workshop is for catchers that have interest in playing HS/College.
• 12U -18 with solid base fundamentals looking to learn what it takes to be a HS/college-level catcher!

Sunday October 25th at ACTIV in Richfield, OH.
Workshop 1 from 9am-1pm and Workshop 2 from 2pm-6pm.
10 catchers per workshop.
Price is $150.
All State of Ohio COVID-19 requirements and recommendations will be followed.
