Pitching - The class will feature pitching development, mechanics, and fundamentals with a professional pitching coach. Through evaluation of mechanics, each player will have a better understanding of how they can improve velocity and movement. Players will be taught pre-game routines, post-game routines, stretching exercises, and arm strengthening exercises that will improve their pitching. This program will also focus on the accuracy of each pitch like the fastball, curve, rise, drop, and change.

PITCHERS MUST PROVIDE A CATCHER (parent or friend). Only 6 kids per instructor​

Hitting - Everyone who plays the game loves to hit. This camp will provide a great learning environment and fun atmosphere where players can develop their offensive skills of the game. We will emphasize mechanics, ball concentration and mental discipline. Numerous drills designed to enhance the learning process will be introduced and practiced. Players will receive hundreds of quality swings each day in supervised drills using the tees, instructor pitch, pitching machines and video analysis. Bunting continues to be an eroding skill in the game today. Campers will be taught and drilled in the proper techniques of both sacrifice and "basehit"
