June 27-28, 2009

Tournament governed by ASA Rules. Game times are 1hour &15minutes, one umpire for pool and bracket play, two umpires for semi and championship games. Games will be played at the Fairfield Township Softball Complex located at 6116 Morris Road, FairfieldOhio45011. Full concessions offered, restrooms, playgrounds, walking track, no gate fee (coolers welcome). Alcoholic beverages strictly prohibited.

Proof of Team/Individual Insurance required. A photocopy of the policy and your roster must be provided at check-in. A team (player) liability waiver will be sent with tournament confirmation email. Please have it filled out and signed as indicated for check-in. Team check-in must occur 1 hour prior to first game.

Are you kidding me? An ASA Qualifier for only $300 per team and NO GATE FEE !!!!!!

Good location - easy access from I-75 just north of Cincinnati. Very affordable, nice complex with reasonably priced concessions, playground for smaller siblings and walking trail for in-between games exercise. And a ASA qualifier to boot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Making this event an ASA Qualif. was a great move...should help you in getting teams to respond.

Most might not be aware of Bridgewater Falls and all it offers...Less than 5 minutes from the softball complex. Target, Dick's Sporting Goods, Applebees, Chili's, Chipotle, Max & Erma's, and of course....The Wal-Mart!!!!
