Cincy Static '97 - Great Lakes World Series Champs

I just wanted to take a second to congratulate my Cincy Static '97 girls on their Great Lakes World Series Championship last week in Toledo going 7 - 0. These girls ended their season w/ a record of 86 - 15 w/ 13 tourny championships & 3 runner-ups out of 20 tourneys.

I also wanted to say thank you to this tremendous set of young ladies for giving me the opportunity to coach & learn from them. Further, I could not have asked for a better group of parents - we spent a lot of time together since last August including 10-12 out-of-towners (can't remember the exact number) & I hope the ride was as fun for you as it was for me. I also want to say thank you to my entire coaching staff (Shannon / Kenny D / Noel) - you guys are simply the best coaches bar none!! Also I, as well as the rest of this brand we call Static, want to thank Howard Carrier for his devotion to this game & the Static players! Finally, I want to say thank you to my wife (Eve) who is the most understanding wife of a head coach you could have!!

It was a tremndous run & I look forward to next year's challenges as a 13U coach

Thats an awesome record. I know it must have been the ladies already knowing the game because the coaching staff is a little shakey, just my opinion. Great parents as well, without them we would'nt be doing this, thanks parents. Really, congrats Kavin and coaches on a wonderful year. You guys worked extremely hard and it paid off. The girls are bar none, very polite and exciting to watch. Looking forward to bumping heads on the field with you guys again. Excellent group all the way around, very nice job.

I'd also like to extend my thanks to Kavin, and his entire coaching staff, for the wonderful job they have done this year with this special set of young ladies.

They have all spent so much time and energy into making these girls better players, and more importantly better people. Our family sincerely appreciates the dedication it has taken to not only meet, but exceed, the goals that were set at the outset of this season.

In addition, I'd also like to say what a great group of parents we had this year, and it was a pleasure to spend the last few months with you. The memories that we have from this year will last a lifetime. Thanks again to Kavin, and the entire Static '97 family.

Thank you so much for the kind words regarding the coaching staff, players, & parents. This year was a true joy coaching Jordan , Stef & the rest of this great group of young ladies. I hope what they have learned will help them in life ongoing. We all make mistakes but those people who are successful are the ones who bounce back quickly as we all face adversity day in & day out.
