Cincy Static '97 Wins Cincy World Series

Congrats to my Cincy Static '97 team for winning the Cincy World Series. Girls played great in bracket play scoring 38 runs & giving up 0. The KY Xplosion has a very nice 12U team w/ a great pitcher (Elizabeth Sims) who can bring it w/ multiple pitches & comes right after hitters.

It was nice not to have to travel since we have been out of town 11 times (I think) this year. Would have loved to go to GAPPS but to difficult after just spending 8 days last week in Panama for the World Series. I know the wife was thrilled to finally get to watch her oldest play ball while grandma watched the younger ones.

They are a great bunch of young ladies, and they should be as proud of themselves as the coaches and their parents are of them.

It's hard to believe that there is only one more tourney left. The season seemed to fly by.

Thanks to all for the compliments (Musty / Paul / Vextreme). Girls have learned a lot this year from each other & have grown as a group to be a solid team. Yes, they are all really good athletes & softball players but what has made them strong is their hardwork, unity, & playing for one common cause - the TEAM. My sincere hope is that some of the things we have taught them they can use for the rest of their life.

I was worried for a second that she was hurt, but she bounced back up. You or I would have been out due to the fact that we have no bounce left.
