lots of negative stuff on this site! Here is some positive things about the best coach In the game! Best sports experience of my life! You always knew where you and your daughter stood with this man. He set up an enviroment that everything was a competition. You never worried about your daughter not being allowed to compete for playing time & position! this was how we rolled! You never had to worry about your daughter being flat because he pulled the best out of them in practice & games. he was always open to opinions & always felt he could learn. always open to discussions but in the end he ran the team. Dan always had time to talk with parents at anytime. His team always came 1st above all else! More than all of that he truly loved his team & players! Im here to tell you this is not common because he is an uncommon coach & man. When its all said & done those are the days i will remember from the game! the good times we had & didnt realize how short those days were! Thank you Coach Cole for all you have done for my daughters! you helped them be better players & people! I loved those days!
