Can a college player be on a 2010 ASA, NSA, or USSSA roster if she is 18U eligible?

During the 2009 season this was allowed, but with tryouts coming up it would be nice to know now if it will again be allowed without playing "Gold" or "Major".

Any help is appreciated.

I could be way off here, but it was my understanding that a player who has played a season of college softball was no longer considered a "youth" player (18U), and had to play 23U. I could be wrong, but this was my understanding.

Rob--as of today I haven't heard of any USSSA plans to change what they allowed in 2009---i.e., a college player, if 18U eligible, could play on a USSSA "A", "B, Or "Major' 18U team. They could also play USSSA 18 and over.

Thanks for the help so far guys. I am looking mostly at "ASA" rules but we pick up a USSSA when it fits the schedule.

ASA has and will continue to allow 18u eligble players play 18 and under, even if they are in college.
