Kilgore College softball player Kendyl Dockter was named the Region XIV East Player of the Week for the week of Feb. 25.
Dockter, a sophomore from Rowlett, plays third base and shortstop for the Rangers.
Last week Dockter hit .550 with 11 hits including four doubles, a triple and a home run.
In 20 at-bats, she scored five runs and had seven RBI.
On defense, she recorded six putouts and 12 assists.
