Doug will be conducting iLesson Clinics this summer in Cincinnati, OH Wednesday, July 18th. iLesson Clinics are four hours long with a break in the middle. They are limited to the first 20 registrants and cost $75. Information covered will include many concepts contained in the Gillis Method such as the separation of mechanical absolutes and styles and pitches that do and do not complement each other. Each player will be individually filmed, evaluated and coached over the course of the clinic including being assigned drills from our database of over 500 videos demonstrating how to perform them correctly.
In addition to the clinic, each player will receive a free iLesson within the following week. Doug will evaluate your film from the clinic and send recommendations and drills to you via voiceover and comparison models, in order to extend your training plan. You can then purchase a second iLesson within two weeks after the first iLesson where you will film yourself and send the footage to Doug via our Lesson App that is powered by V1 Sports. You will need to purchase the V1 App ($4.99) from either the iTunes Store or the Android Market in order to do this lesson. The cost of your second iLesson will be discounted by $5 in order to offset the purchase price of the app and can be either a Basic or Advanced iLesson.

The camp will be held at Elite Baseball 3143 Western Row Rd, Maineville, OH 45039. This facility is on the south side of Kings Island, right behind the Eli's & Tandemonium business plaza.
~~Camp will be held from 10am-2:30pm.
~~There will be a break during the middle of the camp.
~~Each pitcher does need to have a catcher with her.
