What is your favorite food from the Beavercreek concession stand--this week it seemed like evryone wanted loaded nachos?

Well, all of the talk on here MADE me try almost everything! First I tried the walking taco, which was very good, but awkward to eat for me because the bag was so hot (not a bad thing - I hate cold concession food).

Second, I got loaded nachos. Excellent.

Then a brat.

Then a hot pretzel with cheese.

I think my favorite was the loaded nachos, but I needed help eating them. All in all, my favorite concession stand (and park) in 2 summers. Reasonable prices, great selection, good food. I was calling it the "Wal-Mart of concession stands". They have everything there! :)

Walking Taco of course. Next would be a tie between Hamburger and loaded nacho's. The hamburgers are real and cooked on the grill. That is great ballpark food. The nachos are good and I can share them with my honey. :) Yea, I'm that sweet.

I spent $15 on a burger/ fries, Hot Dog and 2 drinks at the Capital City (Bat Wars) tourney this weekend, then headed to Beavercreek to see some late games. For half the price my daughter and I got Hot Dog, Chilli Dog, Pretzel and 2 drinks.

Beavercreek is the best by far both in price and quality.

IceMom - If you ever need help eatn some food, I am coaching third base & rarely get to eat during tourneys - so I would be glad to help out :D I had to stop at Waffle House last night at 11 to eat before the +1 hr drive home!!

By far - BC has the best concession stand in terms of offering, quality, & price - The Triple Crown if there is one for concession stands!!!

You should have stopped by last night during our game - I think at that point I was stuffing the pretzel down my throat. I went to bed without eating last night, but boy did I make up for it this morning with a grumbling stomach!

I usually pack all our food & chose not this time for 2 reasons:

1) all the great comments about the concessions at this tournament

2) no gate or parking fees...so I could afford it!

Loved the walking tacos & loaded nachos!

That inspired a thought - charge cooler fees ($5-20 depending on size) instead of banning them, charging gate and/or parking fees.

For those who know me... the Beavercreek walking taco is one of my all time favorite. Unfortunately... I will never have another one, but the memories will always pique my tastebuds.

It was our first time there and after all of the hype about the walking tacos we thought about trying one. However, we got there so early on Saturday before our scheduled 8PM game and they were just opening the concessions. The wonderful people working "twisted my arm" into trying the loaded nachos and my DD, DS and I were hooked. Hubby doesn't like all of the stuff on it. Very good. Wonderful concessions and people working the concessions. Very friendly and remembered us every time we went up. Didn't see the shredded chicken or hubby would've tried that too.
