I wanted to take the time to send out a huge thanks to Gabe Sierra for putting on the Fostoria Glass Festival tourney this past weekend. There were 16 teams in the 14U bracket. The heavy rainfall on Friday caused a delay on Saturday but everybody got in all their games. Time limits were 1 hour and 40 mins (we played 7 innings in all our games), fields were raked and re-lined between games, 2 umpires, coolers allowed, great concessions. It was $5 to get in for the weekend.
Congrats to the NWO Lady Buckeyes for winning the tournament. We did not play them this weekend but watched them, they were a nice team.

NWO Lady Buckeyes over Ohio Lady Warriors (don't know the score)
Wizards over Lady Niners (2 to 1 in a hard fought game by both teams)
