Thought I would share. This note goes back to the 8th grade (Now a sophomore). Kinda neat! Cleaned my truck out including dirt from several states across the country! I do not know if any of this is still accurate for her or not. She is way beyond me in this sport, I am now just the sponsor!
Here is what it says with spelling errors and all!

Before the game:
On the way to the field-set reachable goals;
GET YOUR GAME FACE ON!
At the field-don't lolly gag around and
get your bag set up and cleats on; start
warm-up without goofing around.
Warming Up:
throwing series-exagerate little details
with each throw:
1) Hands apart
2) left foot forward
3) step to the ball being thown
4) catch with 2 hands
5) look at it....
6) until you brake above your shoulders.
7) grip
8) pull back at a 90deg angle
9) ball facing backward
10) DONT pull the ball forward with your elbow leading
11) Spin the ball when realesed
12) left fore-arm should be horozantile
13) Glove facing downward
14)come across your body with your arm virtical
15) follow your throw (go with your through)
Hitting session- give 100% with
each swing: Be helpful. pick up balls

2) get feet set at cofordable formation
3) weight evenly distributed between both legs

I told my DD about this and she said that there was a second page and that this was also when she was still batting right!
