Team Description:
Schulte (?05 & ?06) is a newly formed team under the Freedom Elite Organization - FreedomEliteSoftball.com - located in the West Chester / Liberty Township, Ohio. This team is designed for kids that have future aspirations of playing high school and/or college ball. We are looking for kids with athletic ability, but more importantly, kids that have a passion for softball, have good attitudes, listen well, and hustle. The core philosophy of our team is based on three simple principles. Fun. The more fun we have the better our experience and the better we?ll perform. Team. Be a good teammate. Think of the team before self. Show respect. Believe. Have faith in your team and coaches. Believe in yourself.

4 years of experience as softball head coach - Played division II baseball at NKU and was 1[SUP]st[/SUP] team GCL and All-City at Moeller High School.
Assistant Coach: Jamie Brown ? She is a former Lakota West softball catcher in her 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] year of coaching - Comes from a family of travel ball players.
Assistant Coach: Brian Mahoney ? Former baseball player with many years of experience as a softball and basketball coach.

Schedule and Seasons:
Our 2015/16 schedule will consist of a fall games/touraments, winter workouts, and a full spring/summer season schedule. Games will be a mix of Friendlies, League, and Tournament games. Overnight traveling will be limited at this age group with the majority of games within local areas. We will plan between 1-3 overnight tournaments this year. For winter workouts, we will have access to indoor batting cages and a gym.
Tryouts:
Kids within the Cincinnati and Dayton areas are all welcome to tryout. We have several open spots on the team. Currently as of 8/11/15, our priority is pitching but looking at all positions. Tryout dates are Thursday, 8/13 6pm to 9pm and Saturday, 8/15 9am to 12pm. If those dates do not work, please contact us for private tryout. Tryouts are at Water J Long Sports Complex - 7894 Kyles Station Rd, Liberty Township, OH 45044
