As a tournament, we are going to try and report 'near-real-time' game results throughout the tournament. Venue Coordinators will be reporting scores via TXT msg/phone calls game scores to an individual with a laptop and air card. Visit www.gapss.orgregularly for updates.

I thought they were going to be updating the brackets in "real time" or about as close as they could. Each time I've looked at the bracket, I can't see where they've added results....am I looking in the wrong place? :-?

First of all I must say hats off to Mike and his grounds crew for getting the diamonds playable and considering how much rain they had on friday I would not have guessed that they would have been able to do it as quickly as they did. They deserve big kudos for a job well done. Also I have to commend them on the way that they communicated what was going on during the tournament. Communication is the key and they did it very well.
This was our first time playing in GAPSS and it was as good as advertised. We look foward to coming back next season.

It was great to play 4 out of 5 teams that we have not seen yet this season. Valley Extreme, EMR, and Buckeye Heat you all have very nice ball clubs that are capable of winning every weekend. Mid Ohio Bullets this was the second time that we had the chance to play you guys this summer and both were excellent games by both teams. Best of luck the rest of the season. From the EMR Softball Club, I agree with everything from the Ohio Waves about the Tournament...The GAPSS Crew did an outstanding job with the scheduling and field prep through the bad weather...had the fields in great condition and kept tjing on time...and a point that sometimes gets missed is that the GAPSS Crew was friendly and always asking about how we were doing and if everything was OK...
Great teams in the 14U...proababy any of a number of teams could have been in the finals...hats off to the Ohio Wave group...great team to play against...they hit it as good as anyone I have seen this summer...

Congratulations to the Ohio Wave 14u team on winning Gapps. I am not surprised. What a great group of ladies and coaching staff that truly has a strong work ethic.
We (Diamond Dominators 14u) Have played both Ohio Wave and E.M.R. There are two great teams. And here is one even better. Most of the girls from both teams are 13 WOW!!!

thanks for the nice words. Looks like you guys are doing just fine as well. Keep up the good work and maybe we can hook up one more time yet this season before we head to the World Series. We added a second one this season as we will be playing the USSSA 16U event in Columbus Indiana in a few weeks.
