I too was amazed by the Slammers this weekend. My daughters team was lucky not to have played them. We have 3 girls on our team who are number 1 starters for their High School's and we didn't think we had the arms to come up thru the losers bracket and pitch that many games in the sun and heat. The Slammers did.
Their coaches are a pretty classy group. Some of their competitors parents were saying some uncalled for things - they handled it well.
