Grand Slam / Westerville Fall League

The Grand Slam fall league will begin with a clinic on August 20 at 1:00 PM and conclude with a men's fast pitch championship game at 3:30 PM. The pitchers that will be playing in that game are some of the top pitchers in the state of Ohio.

The Grand Slam fall league this year will have a travel team division in it ages 16U & 18U only, that will be a USSSA National Qualifer for 2007. It will be 4 Sundays of double header pool play and then the 5 week will be a double elimination tournament.

In the past the fall league has had 50 or more teams from ages 8U to 18U. You can call Grand Slam at 614-890-7526 for more info. All 16U and 18U teams that are in the fall league even if your not a travel team can play in that tournament if you so desire.

Thanks for the update on the Grand Slam Westerville League. I'm trying to get my fall schedule arranged to possibly umpire a few games in the league.

I didn't realize that the men's fastpitch championship game would be played on those same fields!

With a little luck- well, with a LOT of luck!- maybe my team will be one of the two playing in the championship game!
