Another great showcase by the Ohio Stingrays and directed by Rudy Zych. We have been blessed to have a showcase of this quality and magnitude right here in our own back yard.
Rudy has also taken this to the next level, and truely is on par with any showcase I have attended with my dd's or teams - anywhere across the country -ever.
The entire Ohio Stingrays organization pull together and make this event happen. I honestly can't remember seeing this type of teamwork make something like this happen for a showcase. The addition of the carts for pick up, along with fields always ready and umpires on time (that I could see) are not to be taken lightly. Rest rooms that are real and clean - updated game times, scores, weather line, you name it, it was taken care of. If anybody wants to dig and find something wrong with this venue, go find a cave to live in you are not wanted here
Having proper warm-up areas is huge for any tournament, to go with all the other intangibles - concessions, SHADE, easy access even though the city loves to play games with anyone living around the Lane Avenue area and cut off their routes around town!
We have been coming to Stingrays now for the past five years, and somehow it improves every single year.
