Greenville preseason tourney

Will Greenville have their preseason tourney this year? This tourney usually has some good teams in it but I have not heard anything this year, maybe it is too early.

I think the field is set already. I thought I saw a post on the Huddle with the field of teams.

3/28 & 3/29-Lancaster is playing in it, not sure who against.............

The field has been set as Greenville High School gets ready to host this for the 6th year. Always a great event and a nice way to head into the first week of play.


Here are the teams that are in the Sat. Shootout field. Sorry to the seven schools that were shut-out and turned away. I hope this will help with your teams travel plans.

What teams did not get in? Lebanon looks like the top team in group three. What is the criteria for a teams getting chose for this field. Just curious.

timac4 I am not sure about the selection process. I know that coach newland has a selection committe and they said that this year was the toughest so far. I know that they do their best to get as many teams as possible and to set-up some nice match-ups.

I will try to find out who did not make it in.

Ohio Wave, coming up tomorrow, hope the weather holds.. Do you have an address or link for directions to the fields.? If I remember they are at the four fields on the west side of town. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, B's Dad
