H.S. Player / Summer Ball Practice Question

I had a question asked to me today, and my mind went blank and I could not remember the proprer answer. I am hoping someone can give me the LEGAL interpetation.
I know that girls cannot practice with there summer travel ball teams until there H.S. softball season is offically over.
The question was can a summer ball coach have practice one on one with his summer ball player during the H.S. season?
If so, can other members of the summer ball team be there?
My memory was that a summer coach could work one on one with his summer ball player during the H.S. season, as it was considered to be a private practice. With that being said, I thought there could be more than one summer ball player at the practice, however no more than ???? before it was considering a team pratice and illegal. I want to give this coach the proper rule, so that he does NOT jeopordize the H.S. players season.

SB Family, thanks for the rule link!
To me this rule is very clear, however I have to ask.
Scenario: My DD is playing H.S. varsity ball. Her pitching instructor and or hitting instructor are both affiliated with her summer team. Is she allowed or not allowed to work with either coach one on one during her H.S. season?

If you go to the high school section page 5 we beat this to death for a couple of weeks. 1-4-2 in the general section. This isn't 100% clear since other sections like 10-3-1 conflict. But most of us stated if this was a paid clinic/ instruction,. lesson you are ok.
