Now that this years softball season is coming to an end I am wondering what the etiquette is on asking players to return or not? If nothing has been said by now with one tournament left and tryouts in less than week is it safe to say we should look for another team?

Was reading the above QUOTE in the rant n' rave section of the forum and felt it would make a great poll.

1.) Have you been ask to return with your current softball team for next season?

This will be a private poll only showing results, no user name will be public.

I'm interested in everyone's opinion on this and how to handle all sides.

Early results below, does it surprise anyone that out of 28 parents that NINE parents or players haven't been ask to return that a whole team. Any way it's very interesting to see the results as they stand.

Poll Question: Have you been ask to return with your current softball team for next season?

Voters 28.

Yes 1967.86%

Does this mean that many teams are playing with players they would replace if they had the chance, and the only reason they are still on there current teams is because they couldn't find better players?

I voted as not having been "officially" asked back, but we know we have a spot on the team.
