5 WEEK HITTING PROGRAM AT IVL IN WADSWORTH
Thursdays ? October 27, November 3, 10, 17, and December 1
Classes are limited to 4 hitters.

For elementary school athletes or athletes with less than 2 years playing experience. 5:00 ? 5:50 p.m. or 6:00 ? 6:50 p.m. Cost: $135

For athletes in 7[SUP]th[/SUP] grade and above.
7:00 ? 7:50 p.m. Cost: $135

Advanced hitting/mental skills training for HS athletes or 8[SUP]th[/SUP] grade athletes with 3 or more years playing experience. 8:00 ? 9:30 p.m. Cost: $225

Coach Karen Linder, former KSU head coach, 4-time MAC Coach of the Year, and the winningest NCAA Division I Softball Coach from the state of Ohio now works with teams and individuals of all ages and skill levels.

TIME IS RUNNING OUT TO SIGN UP, THERE ARE A FEW SPOTS STILL AVAILABLE

Instruction will emphasize the fundamental mechanics of the swing, development of bat speed and power, and hitting all areas of the strike zone.

The Advanced hitting/mental skills training class will spend time on developing mental strategies to help the athlete become more relaxed and confident in their game by developing a positive mental approach, using visualization to train the subconscious mind, understanding focus, utilization of routines, positive self-talk, and being able to make adjustments at the plate.
