Regarding the subject of hitting: my daughter is small (under 5' tall and 12 years old) and has very good hitting mechanics with a light bat (777 or quad -11). When she makes contact, though, the balls don't seem to go as far as you think they would. I have an opportunity to get a good deal on a 31"22oz rocket tech. I realize that they are endloaded, and it would take some getting used to, but do you think that such a bat would be helpful to her? She pitches, too, that's why I always got her a lighter bat (Lisa Fernandez was using a -12 Warrior until she started using a Catalyst). My daughter's contact is good, but I just can't figure out why more of those hit balls don't get way past the outfielders. :-/
